How do you workout those abs?

    I do crunches, the leg raise at the gym, and planks!

    I also do cardio 6 times a week.. my changes are soooo gradual though, I'm getting impatient!! :( haha

    i do crunches at the gym and also cardio, theres a great wee video on youtube called 8 minute abs as well , I done it last year with great results ... slacked a bit though so now im hoping to get back on the band wagon!

    Pop pilates on YouTube is awesome! I do hundreds of crunches and leg raises, etc, in the boxing gym, and I am better than the boys :) Although I can't do the bow! Ahhhhh! I hate you bow, and one day I will defeat you! I do lots of cardio, mostly boxing, jumprope, and running.

    I try to change up my ab routine just like everything else in the gym. But for the most part crunches can't be beat when it comes to ab workouts. Leg lifts and bicycle pedals are probably the other two workouts I do the most.

    I've got 40 days to find my 6 pack so any extra motivation would be greatly appreciated:)
