Traing calender?

Hi all!! I seem to be missing part of the w/o schedule in the "turn up the burn" book? I see weeks 1-9 Prep schedule, then in the back it has the hybrid schedule. Is this correct, or am I missing something?

I've had TF for about 3-4 eeks and have done it on and off. But now it's time to get serious. I guess I could make up my own schedule with 3 strength training days, and 6 cardio, of which would be 2 HIIT and rotate the others??
