    Haven't been here for a few days. Sorry!! Ok week back to nights though always messes with my workout goals!!! Eating has been under control, and i even had chinese food last night and stayed under. It's all about thinking ahead and watching the portions!

    Eating good, trying so hard to not go over before Thanksgiving. Started the Firm DVD today.

    Thanksgiving lunch at church today. Completely bypassed desserts, small piece of ham, small serving of chik/ dressing casserole, & huge pile of green beans.
    Dinner @ cracker barrel. Side order of pinto beans, 2 biscuits, tried to stop at one, coffee. Still have calories left :). Very unusual for me to have this much control. Trying to save up for Thanksgiving Day.
    Served drinks at church, cleaned tables & mopped floor to offset food. Really want to get thru Thursday without a gain.

    Well finished 3 night shifts this morning eating on track, exercise? nope! But 5 days off...Glad our Thanksgiving has come and gone!

    Glad you found a DVD ...I'm not ready for high energy stuff yet...I'm just a low impact girl at the moment :)

    Love how dedicated you are!! :) I've had a great day. Hit the gym to teach a class, ran with a friend for 4 miles and completed a strength workout with my husband.

    NEED TO GO EAT!!! haha..

    Strength training tonight, still don't have my 10,000 steps in so may have to hit the Eliptical, ugh. You guys rock on here, so glad to have company doing this during the holidays. Hard to be around only people that have given up til January! :)

    Had Grandson at 7:15am, our trainer agreed to let us do weight training again tonight since Thursday was out. No Eliptical needed tonight :). Good eating day. One more day to do good before Thanksgiving, & then right back on track Friday, hopefully.

  • Hello team! so I'm sorry I have been MIA. Spent the Holiday away with family and now I'm playing catch up. For those of you who don't know, I am a fitness coach, personal trainer and fitness instructor.     Today I taught Turbo Kick class and will also be doing a P90X2 workout, Plyocide, tonight with my hubby.. food wise, I have been ok today. I need to log my food!!! I have been totally slacking with using MFP like I should be!! Anyone else go in waves with tracking your food?? :) It's sooo easy. I need to get on it!

    It is hard to stay caught up on here! I haven't been here for at least a week. I am very good about posting on my home page and checking in with friends! Didn't have Thanksgiving to worry about (live in Canada) and I had a big loss last week for some reason although nothing had changed in fact I hadn't been getting out for my walks even. Started in on my walks again! Was in a bit of a funk for about a week or so...we had no sun overcast days for daaaays! YUCK!

  • After the holiday weekend last weekend, I've struggled too :-) But, exercise has always been a staple for me. I'm going grocery shopping now!! :)

    Wow. So I haven't checked in once here :embarassed: BUT here's my first. Pretty good day today. Did strength training for about an hour (maybe a bit longer). Full body, all compound moves, heavy. Afterwards, did 30 minutes (3 miles) of my best interpretation of HIIT on the treadmill, then a nice 30 minutes stretch. Oh! I also taught Hip Hop class for 90 minutes so all is well on the exercise front. Food was also pretty decent. The scale hasn't budged, but I'm not too worried about it. Mostly, the endorphins are making my day feel pretty good. Hope everyone's day is awesome as well :flowerforyou:

    Firm DVD ,51 mins. Zoo yesterday with 2 yr old Grandson, 70 degree day :). Weight training. 2 good eating days, finally.
