Hi! I'm new to the forums and thought I'd try to be brave and post an intro. 
My name is Sally, I'm from the Midwest and am loving MFP. I joined a few years ago but
only started to use it recently. I am on my own fitness journey and have been successful so far!
I'm a forum lurker - it seems there's a great group of people here. Any other forum lurkers out there
that just don't post or are a little shy?

#1 add [ img ] to the begining part of the link leave out the spacesScratches head. Don't know why it's doing that
