Tuesday's Challenge: 5-5-2 pushups and planks!
5 Military Pushups/As many as you can in 2 mins

3/5 plank - for the last two, I changed to side planks due to my lower back.
Then I went to boxing and did 30 more pushups...The shoulders are SORE!0 -
Today was supposed to be my rest night but dammit I'm now inspired !!! Well get this done0

Tried for 5 and surprised myself

Really tried to see what I could do (which was not much more)
Round 3:

Plank: 1min 15 sec
Round 4:
Mil- 5
Hin- 4
Plank: 1min 3 sec
Round 5:

Plank: 1min 12sec
Once again, my wrists started to hurt.
Honestly, I am shocked. I didn't even know I could do regular push ups (off the knee)
I didn't quite hit the target but I am super happy at how well I did.
Keep the challenges coming!!!

Any tips for my wrists?
Use weight lifting gloves and keep them tight and keep at it your risk will get stronger in time0 -
Good job everyone, with the push ups I did yesterday, I couldn't bring myself to try this lol0

I never do what I'm told..
But I did do 100 pushups. 4 sets of 25. Immediately after killing my arms and chest at the gym.
My arms feel like 50lb weights.0 -
So proud of you guys!
I am doing things a bit differently for now since i am coming off a long rest due to injury.
I will be cheering you on and and maybe can join in when i feel like my back can handle certain things.

Good morning little Spartan Beastlings! Today is Tuesday an that means PUSH-UPS AND PLANKS!
Do more than last week, even if it's just one.
For more - Look up the Dive Bomber push up - Thanks Runner_5!
For more in your plank, in the plank position, move left three steps, then move right three steps - keep that core engaged and don't drop your lower back. If that's too much, simply rock back and forth on your toes (In a controlled fashion!).
