Hello! I'm a newbie to this group and sooo happy that I found it

Depends on your goals. I'm aiming for 1g protein per pound of weight but will settle for being over 1g per pound of LBM, so 120-160g protein daily and I'm eating about 2200 calories/day. I've been progressing now without too much trouble (until today smh) and I've lost 1 lb in 6 weeks and 1" off my waist.0

I personally take a very lackadaisical approach to my food - I aim to get more than 1.5g/kg of lbm in protein and try for 1g/lb of lbm, and I eat about 2k-2200.
If I was trying to maximize strength gains and increase fat loss I'd do something more complex but I'm just too lazy.
As far as what YOU should do though, it depends on your goals and your current status.0 -

^^ This! I get about 170g/day - for me it works and keeps me full and energized. I eat every 3-4 hours as I have a desk job and it is pretty easy to eat often.0
