Mio?

I keep hearing about "mio" on mfp. Anyone care to explain it or share their thoughts on it?

  • Anything like that I try to avoid. When something is zero calories, and zero everything else it almost seems too good to be true. What are they putting in these products that make it taste so great but have NO nutritional value? I'd rather just have an iced tea or something for 50 calories and all the sugars and carbs it carries with it.
But hey everyone is entitled to their own opinion :)

    mio the water flavoring drops?
I've tried it, its like crystal light but in liquid form. Tastes fine for what it is.
  • Thanks for the feedback. I'm okay with zero calories, mostly because I did a literature study in college of scientific studies about artificial sweetners. To my surprise, none of them showed ANY negative effects.
  • Good to know! thanks :)
