    I think this is water weight because the other day I weighed myself and I weighed 140 even. WHOO HOO, then today I step on the scale and I am almost up 3 pounds. I know I didn't eat enough yesterday to gain 3 pounds. Not only that but I burnt more calories yesterday then I ever have. I burnt 3,358 calories, that is 1,358 calories over what I need to burn to maintain my weight.
