Ladies,

Did any of you notice any changes to TOM when you gave up gluten?

I eliminated it 8 weeks ago. I also run long distances. I'm not sure what to attribute the changes to!

Thanks!

Yes I did. First cycle after I went glutenfree was different but then it got back to like it was earlier.

I was breastfeeding my 1 year old when I started gluten free. However within a couple of weeks I started ovulating again and since my cycle has started again with no change in the breastfeeding. I did get pregnant the first cycle but got contaminated from eating out and miscarried within 12 hours. So I totally believe it can affect TOM.
