I'm craving hummus something fierce but I also tend to eat it by spreading it on some carb loaded delicious item. Anyone have any healthy low carb alternatives? Damn to pcos and carbs....

    I know this is a bit late but I love it with carrots OR sometimes I put a glob on a salad to give the salad some oomph and protein :) hope this helps! Also I am in need of friends for support on here who too have PCOS so please add me if you like

    If you like hummus, allrecipes.com has lots of really really good recipes for hummus! I wanna make peanut butter hummus :love:
