Hi all,
Great to see this group. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this lifestyle and fitness can mix.
Which brings me to my next question....finding pictures of people like us who have achieved their fitness goals. A google image search for fitness models or body building brings up a thousand people who have incredible bodies, but a fairly conventional look. I respect their goals and achievements, but unfortunately the look isn't something I really connect with. I think it would be more inspirational to gather a collection of images of musicians, models and others with an alternative look and incredible bodies.
I'll start! Please add to this thread as you go. We all know visualization is a big part of reaching goals, so let's get some images in here of people who look like us/have a look we admire:

MissAnthropy, look at those guns and that fantastic hair! She bartends at Lucky 13 Saloon in NYC:

Keep it going people! Especially looking for images of women.

I don't look so alternative in my profile photo (with Peter Buck of REM this week), but at least it looks rock and roll!0

There is also a site/feed called hautemacabre (.com maybe?), which has a lot of gothy fashion, including some men and women--it used to be pure photos, but now even with some ads for that kind of clothing, some of it is still very striking and worth looking at.0

I have a weightloss Tumblr that I post alternative/tattoo'd inspirations
I can't put a direct link cuz Tumblr is blocked on our work computers but my blogs name is the same as my mfp name

Awesome thanks guys! I love Haute Macabre, that's my favorite goth fashion website.
I will check out that Tumblr. Woot.0
