Where does everyone work out?

What diet plans do you follow/find helpful?

    I use to live in Webster, Tx which is only about 30 mins from Galveston, and now I live in New Orlean, but I am always back and forth! I use to work out in 24hr fitness!

    I used to live in Webster too! Then moved to Alief and then in 2007 to Galveston. I work out at Urban Fitness downtown. I am to NOLA all the time as well. Love that town! Welcome.
