            About a month old stats:
 Squat: 175
 Press: 95
 Deadlift: 265
 Total: 5350

            I need to check my totals again, but here are my highest numbers
 Back Squat - 255 (Sept 2012)
 Press - 135 (June 2012)
 Dead Lift - 295 (Feb 2012)
 Total = 685
 I'm 5'11 and weigh stays in the 182-187 range.
 Edit: Are you supposed to do all of these in the same day? I've never actually done "totals" but these are my one rep max's as I have recorded over the year... Those dates are really about the last time I even tried lifting to find a max on that movement.0

 Yes, as if you were taking an exam at your school. 
 EDIT: Within an hour. It is not like I do the deadlift at 8am, then press at noon, then bench press at 6pm. That will stretch your CF total's score.0

            I need to do this again, the numbers all from July, our womens bars are all 33# (15kg) in case your wondering why things don't end in 5's or 0's 
 Back Squat- 153 (did back squat doubles at 153 in Sep so I hope this is higher)
 Press- 83
 Deadlift- 203 (also did deadlift doubles at 203 in Sep)
 Total- 4390

 Yes, as if you were taking an exam at your school. 
 EDIT: Within an hour. It is not like I do the deadlift at 8am, then press at noon, then bench press at 6pm. That will stretch your CF total's score.

            CrossFit Total 2 on Monday (11/12). Increased my total from a previous of 275 to Monday at 325. I was pretty happy with that!

 Squat: 315 for 2
 Dead: 335 for 1
 Overhead press. 135lbs but I've never really tried to max this. As I do it as a power clean to overhead press. Is "press" starting from the weight on your chest? Then you jerk it overhead?0

 No jerk. Strict press. No bounce, legs locked.0

            Finally attempted my CF total last night. This is what I got:
 Low-bar Back Squat - 345 lbs
 Shoulder Press - 150 lbs
 Deadlift - 365 lbs
 Total: 860 lbs
 This was done about 20 minutes after completing my normal lifting routine, so I think I can do better if I hadn't already done some heavy lifting.0

 No jerk. Strict press. No bounce, legs locked.
 The only way to do this w/o any assistance is to sit down and do it military press style. I've done 135lbs that way for reps before. I know it takes the core stablity out of the equation but IMHO, it's the only way to take out the rest of the body for assistance.0

 Yup and you only get three attempts at your max lift.0
