Hello All,
Hey, where is everyone? I'm all alone here. Today is my rest day from TF, so I'll do 30 minutes of Angie Miller. My goal is to get these last few pounds off before the New Year. I'm getting very discouraged. I keep fluctuating between 204 and 207. My plan this week (starting today) is to cut the carbs and add more protein. I’m so close to Onerland but I feel so far away {sigh}

I'm still here Jacci!! I"ve been so exhausted since the holidays that I've been thrown all off track!! I had to take my rest day Monday instead so for me, I have TF 30 and Sculpt 30 today!! I"m still dragging!! Hopefully I will bounce back soon!!0
