Sometimes my family just will not stand for one more night of chicken or beans and rice. So for a treat we will cook one prime steak chop it up divide it up for the 4 of us and throw it on salad greens (usually romaine lettuce) add a little blue cheese and pile on the veggies. I like onion, tomato, green olives, some kind of fruit (grapes, apples, or oranges work well), walnuts, and then usually lite Cesar or annie's goddess dressing ( about 1 tablespoon).
