Check-in - November 29th

Well, a week after Thanksgiving, and 2 weeks after TOM and I within a lb of my weight before TOM. But I take full responsibility for that number, admitting that I am not on top of my game. I am not ok with it, but apparently not upset enough to change my ways!

I am still hitting the gym only once a week - although planning to get that issue under my belt very soon. Knee is better and workout last night - while leaving me a bit sore - felt great! I need to draw from that! But's it my food choices that continue to keep me from losing. So I'm going to foce on that over the next cople of weeks!

Challenge Goals:
* Lose 10 lbs - Update: Down 1.6 lbs for this challenge. Hovering, ughhhh!
* Eat 2-3 servicing of produce each day - Update: not there yet, but working on it.
*Gym (or home workout - 2-3 times a week - Update: only getting to the gym once a week, but working out at home to get my 3 sessions in for week.

10/11/12: 307.8 (+4.6 lbs - weigh in actually 10/16)

    I haven't been doing good on the weight loss either. It is also my eating habits that are horrible. I haven't gained though. Just haven't exercised enough and/or ate healthier.

    Happy to say even with Thanksgiving and teh chocolate dessert buffet on saturday I lost 1/2lb this week. i finally got back to swimming and have it booked in to my calendar to go 1-2 times a week plus yoga on otherdays so I'm feeling better about my exercise goal.

    1) Be more consistent with my exercise, yoga & swimming
    2) Drink more water
    3) Lose 15lbs by December 31 so I can start the New Year smaller than I've ever been as an adult.
