Why am I so weak?

Hello, my name is michèle, i have always had trouble losing the last bits of fat from my thighs, stumach, and butt. I have lost a few pound while being on MFP a long time ago, but I stopped after the hospitalisation of my mother. i had other things to worry about. this time, I tried getting back on track. Then I found Insanity. I really wanted to try it, so I purchased as soon as I had enough money, however, it seems that I cannot get past the second day. i know this is EXTREMELY weak. i am VERY capable of pushing myself DURING a workout, but am unable to get myself to do it EVERYDAY. i don't know how many time i've done the first two day, just to quit for a few weeks afterwards. my diet is fine now, I'm right now doing a 40/40/30 % carbs/protein/fat ratio, and try to incorpoarte plenty of fruits and veggies. the only thing that lacks is my workout. I want to do insanity, cause i love it when I'm doing it, I just hate it when i have to start it. Please help! I need motivation. i am planning on starting again this saturday.... I will post afterwards, however until then, I NEED MOTIVATION. i feel very weak?

    You will need to find something to keep you going. When I started my weight loss journey last year I bought a bikini and hung it up on my closet door were I would see it every day. My goal was to proudly wear it the following summer (ended up pregnant and gave birth to baby #2 in August), which is the same goal for this coming summer.

    My Insanity is on it's way, but the days I start talking myself out of exercising I have to remind myself how good I feel when it's done. And I give myself a pep-talk, "How bad do you want it?" and that's when I lace up my shoes and press play. It's hard but you need to be mentally tougher and just push through the negative self talk.

    I've fallen in love with salads and green smoothies. My favorite salad of all time is the P90X Chicken Salad, I use it alone, with mixed greens or as a sandwich when I need more carbs.

    I hve actually made that smoothie once, and qute liked it. I seem to have forgot about it though... I think i may have found a motivation : fitting into my size 8 jeans. I cant barely squeeze into it, and have lots of love handles because of the tighness, so i would like to lose weight for that. Thank you very much for the motivation, I think I'll try again ;)
