    My ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge -- Is to hit my goal weight of 150 lbs!

    9/22 wt -- 171.8 (-1.4 lbs)

  • Wasn't able to get to the gym as much as I had planned. Hopefully, things will settle down & next week I will be able to make it all 4 days. Really trying to make my Christmas goal.

    That is awesome.....I feel the same way. Just a few more weeks to make it through the Holiday season. We will make our goals!

    9/22 = 222. :(
    9/29 = 220
    10/06 = 215 yay!
    10/13 = 215 :(
    10/20 = 216.6. Oh no!
    10/27 = 213.6 yay!
    11/03 = 217.2. BOO!!!
    11/10 = 215.4. :)
    11/17 = 214.0. Slowly moving downward ...
    11/24 = 213.6 creeping down
    12/01 = 211.0 trending better ...

    Goal weight = 199 for challenge

    There is only a couple weeks left before Christmas and I know I probably won't reach my goal, but I intend to be as close as possible. At this point anything under 210 would be welcome.

    Ultimate goal is to get my eating and exercise in sync. It's always one or the other I do good at, never both. want to lose 13 lbs by Dec 15 or Christmas or December 31.
