After a nice warmup, here is the check-in first our first full week.

WTD 3 MTD 9 Over a hundred NAVY men running in formation on my usual path this cold, dark morning. If that wasn't enough motivation, the gorgeous sunrise was.0

Trying to put together a run streak to the end of the year (at least), so
Week 1 Total: 9.6 miles
12/3: 1.3 miles
WTD Total: 1.3 Miles
MTD Total: 10.9 miles
Remaining for the month: 99.1 miles
Haven't decided if this is going to up my goal for the month yet - I have to see how my legs react for a little while longer to decide if these run streak mile or two runs are going to be in addition to what I previously planned for the month, or if I'll just spread the miles out a little more.
