I just noticed that Endomondo gets calories consumed from MFP and you can can see it on your workout fitness stats page. So the data flow in in both directions.

I can't see that anywhere. Is it a premium feature?0

They are on your profile. Once there click statistics then the fitness icon. Brings up a table showing calories consumed and burned. I am on Premium so I can't say if its a Premium only feature.0

Going there all it shows is my exercise statistics with the comment at the bottom that I can unlock it all by going premium. That is not going to happen.0

I didn't want to but I got fed up of the adverts!0

They have my money for the pro version of the app. They would need to improve that to get first to get more from me.0

I believe they have moved some elements from the paid app to the subscription which really is not fair on those who upgraded from the free app to the paid one.0

I'm not really happy with the app either. I have had it crash my phone a couple of times. I never had that issue with mapmyride. I would have stuck with mapmyride if it had been linked to MFP. Now I am committed to Endo. What I prefer with Endo is that at least for cycling and walking the calories seem pretty close to my HRM. Enough so that I have pretty much ditched it for walking or cycling.0

I'd do the same, one less item to have to mess with before and after working out. I've been lucky, no crashes so far but now I've said it its sure to happen!0

I've just upgrade to the pro version for 1 year, it was US$20. The compare previous performances is pretty handy and the old male pride kicks in when I look at 'benchmark'.
Other than that, haven't really seen a difference thus far.
The app - I get the occasional mis-sync (ie trying to work out where I am) but it's like 1 workout every 50 or so.0
