    I have been on a plateau since around June. Can't break 137! I've lost 88 lbs. in the last year and a half. I can do this! BTW, how tall are you ladies? I'm 5'5".

    I love the idea of a Tuesday weigh in! I've always weighed myself daily but only "logged" my Monday weigh in to try to keep myself in check over the weekends. I've noticed lately that I can be down a pound or two all week then back up on Monday, infuriating! Even though my calories are spot on and I run long on Saturdays (I run marathons). I think I've figured out that even though my calories are correct over the weekend, some of my food choices are different after my long run which increases my sodium intake. This should be fine after 14 miles but maybe it just takes a bit of time for things to go back to normal. We will see!

    I'm 5'5.

    Actually weighed this morning and finally hit 9 1/2 stone (133 lb) which is lighter than I've been in about 20 years, so couldn't resist changing my MFP ticker this morning! I'm aiming for a slow weight loss and hope to reach 120 by about May next year! LOL. This will take my BMI from the 22.3 (or 22.1 this morning YAY) to 20 which I think will be my ideal - but sure I can think about that again when I get there.

    I'm trying to retain as much muscle as possible, so 1/2 pound per week sounds good to me! Let's see if I can keep up over the holidays.

    Just joined MFP and this group today. So nice to find others like me since 95% of the people around me tell me I don't need to lose any more weight. I'm going for a target number of 130 lbs as well as toning. I can accept a higher than target number if it's muscle!

    Just joined this group but I only weigh in for real once a month, right after my cycle. I find it too frustrating to see artificial gains due to ovulation and the week before TOM. So once a month is what I do. It is best for my sanity!

    My last weigh in was 129. I am trying to get to 122-125 as a range. Not sure if i can do it but really want to. I am on a small deficit plan. My TDEE is 1900 and so I have my calories on here set to 1600. I do eat back some exercise calories. I figure I will lose slowly, but at least that means muscle will be less likely to be lost.

    Goals - December weigh in (12/17) - maintain 129. I've had a rocky few weeks. Hope to just see 129.
    Was hoping by this summer to be to goal weight. Maybe June?

    Ladies!! Please update your way ins! i edited my last post with the new weight! This will help avoid the extra posts making it complicated to follow. Also if you would like to, share what has had the largest impact on your weight loss success (so far).

    For me, it is my boyfriend who i met a year ago. He has inspired me to be a much better person. i'm in the best shape of my life. i've lost the weight the healthy way and avoided my old habits of yo-yo unsafe diets and diet pills/ gimmicks that DON'T WORK LONG TERM! Not only that, i no longer binge drink on the weekends. i have drinks with dinner and am much more concentrated on my health. we've picked up long distance running together. He dealt with my complaints for the many painful short runs in the beginning (March)... Now, i'm flying by me and despite his competitiveness, he cheers me on, even through the Turkey Trott 10K Detroit & the Rudolph Ramble 8K Chicago. i cannot ask for better support!

    PS~ My measurements taken today are a dream come true with the exception of what i like to call the "reserves" meaning the largest part of my belly/ love handles/ midsection, which is 31" and the WORST to carve away! The rest, i'd love to shout it from the mountains 35.5 - 25.5 - 34.5

    I weigh in every Saturday. I have so far lost 9 pounds in total. Need to lose about 6 more before my wedding! I will put my weight in as this last saturday's weight and go from there:)
