Only a few more weeks left. How close can we get to our goal?

Here is this weeks weigh in. I like what I saw this morning!! The wii said I was normal again!!!!

Sept 24 - sw- 170.4
Goal weight for New Years 150.
Oct. 1 - 168.4
Oct. 9 - 170.9
Oct. 16 - 168.7
Oct. 23 - 166.2
Oct. 30 - 166.4
Nov. 13 - 168.
Nov. 20 - 164.2
Nov. 27 - 165.6
Dec. 4 - 162.9

It doesn't look like I am going to make it to 150, but it does look like I may at least be able to get under 160. Yay!!! We will see what happens. I have 18 workouts to do of the 30DS. I am going to finish them by the end of the month. It will be interesting to see where I end up.

    Weight 9/25/12 - 168.6
    Weight 10/10/12 - 165.2

    Pounds dropped - 17.6
    (I say "dropped" rather than "lost" because I have no intention of finding these pounds again!)

    Pounds to go by 12/31/12 - 0 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks to reach 15 week goal weight of 156

    Since August 3rd (almost 18 weeks ago), I have shed 35 lbs!!!!
    I have revised my goals. By New Year's, I'm going to say 149.8 so that I can "afford" holidays, holiday parties, and my birthday. I'm saying .8 because my goal is to be under 150 by any degree.

    REVISED lbs to go by 12/31/12 - 3.6 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks to reach 15 week goal of 149.8

    Hmmm I appear to be having some difficulty getting weight off. less than 2lbs in 9 weeks shocking.
    I think there is a can I may shift to maintain till the New year and start back then.
    I am feeling very worn down and fed up recently and think I need a total break from everything. Going home for Christmas so will give me chance to un wind and relax.

    Will see what my weight it on Sunday and decide then. I am also considering trying a meatless diet for 2 weeks in the New Year.

    Don't give up!!! This is a journey. Take the time to re energize and relax. That is so important.

    I don't I'm going to get to my original goal but I'm losing now more consistently than before.

    CW : 155
    GW: 147.8

    7.8 lbs loss so far.
