niacin is a health secret if taken at the right time, before a hard cardio, to lower weight, increase metabolism, lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Do your research first. There are multiple forms of niacin. Although it is not a solve all. Remember moderation and balance.

A quick note regarding calories. It takes a deficit of 3500 to lose 1 pound of fat. So if your break even is 2000 calories per day, a weight loss recipe example is a 1500 per day consumption which leaves a 500 deficit. So in 7 days, 500 *7 = 3500, you will drop 1 pound. If you eat 1500 and work out 500 this leaves 1000 consumed and 1000 deficit. So in 3 and a half days you will lose 1 pound and 2 pounds in 7 days. A 1500 intake, 500 cardio is a healthy way to lose up to 104 pounds per year (16 pounds in 2 months).
Eat 500 extra per day over your break even calorie amount and you gain 1 pound per week. Or a 3000 calorie per day consumption will leave you with 2 extra pounds of weight per week. This adds a total of 2 pounds * 52 weeks = 104 pounds per year. Yuk!
See how easy you can lose or gain the weight.
Just think about eating a super size meal at McDonald's which has around 2000 calories. Eating anything more in the entire day will add weight.0
