Hopefully the next week will be better for running, mostly because I won't be working 65 hours this coming week.

    This week-

    Monday - 6.2 miles
    Wednesday - 3.5 miles
    Thursday - 1 mile
    Sunday - 3.1 miles
    Weekly total: 13.8
    Monthly total: 26.8

A pretty 'light' week as I didn't do my long run, but I did smash my personal best on a 5k run today. New personal best- 22.24- with a previous personal best being closer to the 25 minute mark. A bit of competition works wonders!
