Post holiday season, I will be starting a very comprehensive meal plan. I will be eating this way in order to train for mud races and spartan races. If anyone wants a copy of what I have, send me a PM with your email address and I'll forward it on to you.

Gotta have a plan, good on you sweetheart!
I'm gonna keep eating all the food this month and probably January too. Pack on as much muscle as I can. I'll resume/increase cardio workouts in a few months and that should trim off the fat I'll have gained. When race time comes I should be damn ready.0 -

Hm, "Eat Like A Spartan" Challenge. I'll get recipes up in the MFP database as I create them, then post it here. This might help those who are struggling to find variety, or those who just wish to change up the meal plan a bit.

I need to sit down and write out a training plan. Im stalling and it's not the best idea. Ive never trained for anything though, so I have no idea what Im doing. I try to make a training bit - but since I have no idea what my body is going to be like in a month much less six... it always just comes out like a wonky workout schedule for the week0
