Here's my tips of the week:

1. Make sure you eat. Skipping a meal doesn't get you anywhere. Remember, slow always wins the race.
2. Treat your body well. Make good choices what fuel you're using for energy.
3. Move your body. Do what you can, even if that just means stretching. The more you move, the easier it is to continue!
4. Don't kick yourself for yesterday's mistakes. Yesterday is the past. Take one day at a time!
5. Love yourself! Look at yourself in the mirror, and see what you like. Ignore what you don't. You are a unique person, and like snowflakes, nobody else is made just like you. :)

    This is great! Sometimes I find that I'm fighting with myself about calories. Eating is important. We need to do it to keep up our metabolism. I know that. But I fight with myself in my head thinking that I've had too many. That less means more weight loss. Finding that balance of my calorie intake and exercise is something I am struggling with. I'm trying to reach a place where I am treating my body well and that's hard too. It's so much easier to not! LOL

    Just like gas for your car, you can't operate without proper fuel (note that I added "proper" - make good choices.) Anything worth needing isn't easy. I think we're all good at the easy part - now it's time to push ourselves a little further. :)
