Hey All!! I have been MIA the past few weeks, had a lot of %&$# going on and couldn't commit!
I hope some of you are still with me!!!
This weeks challenge is 4,000 calories burned and I don't care how you do it.
I want you to push yourself until you feel like you are going to puke!! Sweat is the fat crying baby!!!
Now put your game face on, go out there and KILL IT this week!
BEAST MODE!!! LETS GO!!!! :devil:

That's what I'm talking about!!!! That's 572 daily if you work out 7 days a week. I need to hit 800 cal burn daily, since I'll only be able to work out Monday thru Friday this week! :bigsmile:0

I don't get it.... I worked out doing a 20 minute Jillian Michael's kickboxing workout, sit-ups, food prep, shoveling snow, walking the dog, etc., yet I only burned 477 calories. What am I doing wrong?
I see myfitnesspal friends burning way more calories is less time. I feel like I'm working my butt off, yet not even coming close.

That is the exact reason why I needed to use a HRM! I never knew the actual amount of calories burned and it was frustrating because I knew I was burning more than what MFP was showing. Once I started using my HRM I got more serious about working out.0 -

Do you have a recommendation for a good HRM? I looked them up online, but I would want one that is super easy to use and accurate.0 -
