We're so close to finishing this challenge! What can we accomplish in our final week?
09/15 SW: 184.0
09/22: 182.4
09/29: 182.4
10/06: 180.8
10/13: 181.2
10/20: 180.0
10/27: 178.8
11/03: 179.8
11/10: 178.4
11/17: 180.6
11/24: 179.0 *weighed in on 11/25 that week*
12/01: 177.8

This week's loss: -2.4
Total loss: -8.6
Realistically, I'm not going to hit my goal of 170, but if I could get to 174.0 and make this an even 10 pounds lost for the challenge, that would be incredible. This coming week is finals week for me though, so my focus is really going to be on school and not on weight loss. If it happens, great, but even if I don't lose an ounce this week, I'm viewing this challenge as a success. I've actually done a lot better than I thought I would!

That's fine with me. It can be a 97 day challenge instead of a 90 day one. I like Saturday check-ins, because my "real" weigh in day is Friday, so this kind of forces me to behave myself Friday/Friday night.0 -

That's fine with me. It can be a 97 day challenge instead of a 90 day one. I like Saturday check-ins, because my "real" weigh in day is Friday, so this kind of forces me to behave myself Friday/Friday night.

Lost: 21 pounds.
I have 3 more pounds to lose to reach my goal. I think it is possible. I will still strive to hit that goal by the 15th. I will also join you all in the 1 week extension and strive to lose an additional pound to make it an even 25 pound loss.0 -

I guess success can be had from the simple fact that I have almost made it through the holiday season and I haven't GAINED weight for the first time in 10 years!!! I've lost over 11 pounds in the last 83 days. We'll see what another 7 days brings.0 -

I'm in for as long as people keep checking in. I don't have really any false hope that I'll be losing much/any weight over the next three weeks, but these check ins will hopefully give me one more tiny little push to keep on track- or at least more on track than I've ever been before in December!0 -

First time in 20 years had a vacation and thanksgiving and didn't gain at least 10 lbs! Victory for me. I know 10 lb loss in 4 weeks is impossible for me. If I can get down to 159 by Christmas I'd be stoked!0 -

Big congrats to those who lost! I forgot to log my weight here yesterday. I lost two pounds! YAY! I've been struggling with eating healthy and it's shown by the up and down of the scales lately. Just gotta get through the next few weeks and I am golden again.
I am in for NYE too. My trainer told me to just focus on maintaining through the holidaze, but, at 202, I am too close LOL
