Group and personal goals

We have a ways to go to get to the finish line so let’s motivate each other and have fun at the same time.

My personal goals was set a year ago when after my knee surgery December 14, 2011, I found that my bicycle set up on a trainer was really helping me with my recovery. I then made a goal that I would ride put 3000 miles on my favorite 2 wheel machine, my Specialized Roubaix Elite by the end of the year. At the end of November I realized that I had 350 miles left to obtain my goal. I figured I needed a little motivation and that is why I entered the Fly the world.

But let’s not forget, I like to eat all the goodies at Christmas time so I need to burn some additional calories so I don’t gain fat in the process.

    My goal is to drop another 10 lbs to 195. It is really hard to lose any more it seems. I'm convinced right now it all hinges on my workout intensity and proper nutrition. The first weight came off quick, trying to step it up!

    My goal is to workout 5-6 days a week. I would love to have at least 3 of those days be 1K + burn days. Right now, I want to focus on getting into a rhythm and not just have one or two good weeks and then go downhill. I think this will be a good way to keep myself focused and challenged :)

    This isn't really a goal, but since starting this I've lost about 5 pounds, so I'm pretty psyched, I was just hoping to maintain through this holiday season. ;D
