Hello Ladies,

I’m looking for an alternative gluten & dairy free yogurt; I’m having Yoptimal® Lactose Free right know.

    So Delicious is excellent, it's coconut milk yogurt and probably my favourite dairy free yogurt. Have you tried sheep/goat's milk yogurt? I know some people who have cow's milk issues are alright with it, I always got it at Whole Foods.

    I really like WholeSoy & Co. yogurt. It's soy-based. It's the only one I've found that has the same consistency and flavor of regular dairy yogurt.

    So Delicious is excellent, it's coconut milk yogurt and probably my favourite dairy free yogurt. Have you tried sheep/goat's milk yogurt? I know some people who have cow's milk issues are alright with it, I always got it at Whole Foods.

    I cannot do soy, dairy or wheat. However I have found I can eat goat yogurt. Many of the alternative yogurts have soy which gets me super sick. Also goats don't react to hormones like cows do so for my research goats aren't pumped full of bad stuff. Which is a plus.

    Another option if you're open to soy would be to blend silken tofu with fruit, pumpkin, or something tasty in your food processor. If you're not able to have soy, same thing with soaked cashews, coconut milk, or another flavour neutral base, even avocado.

    My vote goes to So Delicious coconut milk yogurt!! I think it's great.

    I get mine at a grocery store chain called HyVee. Our Walmart doesn't carry it.
