DID YOU REACH YOUR GOAL? I did not reach my goal, pretty proud of myself. as much as i did not reach my goal i did something and i have a bad knee. I injured my knee during last sunday's workout. And i didnt sit down and relaxed. i did weight training. and some Pilates stretches.
My knee is better and this coming week in intend to give it my all.0 -
