Ultimate goal is to get my eating and exercise in sync. It's always one or the other I do good at, never both. want to lose 13 lbs by Dec 15 or Christmas or December 31.

When starting this challenge I wanted to hit my goal of 150 lbs. I didn't quite make it. I am 7.2 lbs away. But extremely happy with my progress.

I was 204 last week and weighed in at202 this week! I still missed my challenge goal of 194 but all considered, I am very happy with this!

Lost: 21 pounds.
I am the same weight I was a week ago. I only have 3 pounds to lose to meet my Christmas challenge goal. Unfortunately, even though I stuck to my diet throughout last week, last week was the week my body decided to retain excess fluid. So, I didn't hit my goal by the 15th. I'm still extremely happy with the amount of weight I did lose. I'm hoping that by the end of this week I will know what I really weigh.0 -
