Starting stats?

Just wondering if we should start a thread with our current weight, and the 30 or near 30 weight, measurements or anything else. Any thoughts? ideas? :drinker: cheers to us all for doing this!

    Measurements as of 12/17/12 (I only did a quick measurement of the major areas of loss)

    Waist (at belly button): 36

    I vote for weekly weigh-ins...I find that's better accountability! How about we make Wednesday's weigh-in days?? So tomorrow we all can post exactly where we are in the morning and go on from there. :-)

    I have a bit more than 30 to lose, but it's an excellent start.

    Height: 6'2"
    Starting Weight: 254.4
    Current Weight: 244.6
    Goal Weight: 190, maybe a bit lower. My lowest weight was 180 and I was bordering on "too" skinny at that point.

    Waist: 31 ( smallest)
    Waist: 37 (fattest point just below the belly button)
    Hips: 39

    I am currently struggling to lose weight but I am losing inches.

    Lose 1 lb a week
    Keeping calories around 1320-1400...I am not going to get too low on calories
    Going to do Jillian Michaels dvd (burn fat boost metabolism and maybe a couple of her other ones I've not even opened! I am also wanting to start the couch 2 5k program and do zumba).

    I know it's no quite 30 lbs but I need support and I am the heaviest I've ever been and my clothes don't fit. :(
