Hello,
I’m trying to change my diet and I’m having such a hard time with it.
I would like to have some idea for gluten & dairy free breakfast; I really love smoothies but can’t seem to find any recipes.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks

I make a smoothie with a whole avocado, a banana, a cup of frozen blueberries, a cup of chopped carrots (steamed for a couple minutes first to make them break down smoothly), 2 cups of spinach, 2 tablespoons chia seeds and water to desired thickness. You can add some lime juice and honey if you need a little more sweetness. I then split it into 2 servings. It's ugly, but tasty and full of fruit, vegetables and fiber.0

I eat bacon, eggs, sausage (I'm lactose intolerant, but it's mainly milk that gives me issues - yogurt and cheese are ok in moderation). I make smoothies from coconut milk. Google paleo smoothie, and it will be gluten and dairy free (or should be!).0

Usual baked potato and chili. Sometimes buckwheat porridge. Or leftovers. (Homemade) pancakes from the freezer.0

Thank you so much for the info0

- GF toast with hummus and cucumbers
- Veggie omelet (Daiya makes a really great dairy-free cheese)
- Protein shake (I like Vega One in Chocolate). I don't mix anything to it.
- GF oatmeal (if it doesn't bother you)
- Bean tortillas (I use a Food for Life tortilla and fill it with black beans, spinach, and salsa. Then I pan fry it and add 1/2 of an avocado).0
