What kind of snacks do you keep in your stash at work?

Hello,

I am trying to get some ideas of what kind of snacks to keep in my stash at work. It is kind of hard for me (and probably others) to get through the day without a snack or two, especially at work. Any ideas?

Well, not at work but I seem to end up traveling in the car a lot. I put a small portion of unsalted almonds, pistachios, pecans, or walnuts in a container or zip lock bag to take along. I have no nut allergies obviously. Just has to be a small portion though.....

nuts, cheese, veggies, fruit. I don't keep them at work, though, I just bring some every day to control portion - but lately I haven't even been eating snacks.

I have a fridge. My usual snacks are buckwheat porridge and potatoes. Not together. Two separate snacks.
  • I usually take an apple or orange.

Nuts, Luna bars, Kind Bars, Apples, Carrots, Crunchmaster crackers
  • I usually keep a bag of baby carrots in the fridge and my favorite peanut butter with flaxseed (more fiber) in my desk drawer. I only do the two tbsp serving though and usually find it's enough to get me through 3-4.5oz of baby carrots.

I also keep kettle korn around- it's salty and sweet and low in calories. A 2 cup serving is 140, so I usually do 1 cup at a time.

    Good luck!
