Kellog's corn flake crumbs

Hello,

I am gluten-intolerant, non-celiac's and am trying to still make some of my family's favorite meals. The only thing I cannot seem to perfect so far are recipes that call for bread crumbs. I've looked for gluten-free bread crumbs in my local stores without luck so far. I've tried gluten-free crackers crumbled up and I've also tried making my own from gluten-free bread. None have really worked very well. I really want to be able to make a decent meatloaf (hubby's fav). Has anyone tried corn flake crumbs with any success? I just noticed these at my grocery store this week but didn't want to pay the bucks without some feedback first.

Interested in hearing your experiences if you have tried them.

Thanks!

I've used oats before in meatloaf (I'm also intolerant). Never tried corn flakes. My mom has used rice in meatloaf (already cooked - my sister had a wheat allergy growing up).

I use crushed up pork rinds in my meatloaf. My husband loves it, and he is a HUGE meatloaf fan!!

I don't use gluten-free bread crumbs now but.......if you order online, check out Katz bakery. They sell gluten-free bread crumbs. I use to use them and thought they were very good.
