Hello everyone, need a bit of help with jacket potatoes.Do you weigh them before or after i cook them ?

    Yep...always weigh everything before cooking.

    Have a look on the side of the packet, it will have cals per 100 grammes, and often says if cooked or not

    For me I would weigh before cooking as cooking will not add calories, unless of course you are deep frying them and not oven chips

    I always weigh everything before I cook it, but add in any oil I've used to cook with.
