Week 1: 10 Mile Challenge

Options
Whether its riding a bike, walking, jogging, or running--get out there and complete 10 miles in the first week. It doesnt have to be done all in one day! Split it up and if 10 miles isn't enough, go beyond that and do more!

*Thanks to Ashleygaspard for the idea!!*

My goal is to do 10 miles running - I do close to 100 miles biking every week but I HATE running. :-)

I will bike. Tomorrow I shall decimate 10 miles.

Christmas day my gym is closed so I will be heading to the high school to do stadiums and go for a run. That will be my true goal. If I can run without giving up because as much as I CAN run I have zero motivation to do so.

Ten miles? I put in 4.25 on the stationary bike today. Does that count?

I enjoy running outside- but we just had a MAJOR BLIZZARD yesterday--- so I'm gonna need to do other forms of activity until things clear up a bit... snowshoeing.....swimming and hot yoga will suffice...
