    Friday weigh-ins:

    11/30: 188.0
    12/7: 189.0
    12/14: 187.5
    12/21: 187.5

    Weight loss is not really happening for me just now, I need to go with some non-scale victories for the last four weeks:
    - lost over an inch off my waist Edit: correction, 2.5 inches!
    - can run a 12 min mile for the first time in memory (Aug: 18 min mile, Sept: 15 min, Nov: 14/13 min)
    - exercised every single day since 11/16 at least 200 cals, some days well over 1000 cals
    - didn't go over my net calorie goal since 11/30 (in fact I was eating way under, I upped it the last few days)
    - can almost do a full squat for the 30 Day Shred, LOL (not quite)
    - wearing jeans I haven't put on in four years, though the bigger jeans still fit, too. :grumble:
    - big picture: four months ago weighed 200 lbs., probably more (though I never admitted to more than 199) 12 lbs in four months isn't much but it is moving in the right direction.

    I am TRYING to be patient, but I think I should have lost more than .5 in the last month. It's not like I am close to my goal, I have a lot to lose. I like to think I am gaining a little muscle, anyway. I know, it's a marathon, le sigh.

    WOW, very inspiring to start a log like this! And you're right, these accomplishments far out weigh the scale !!! :wink:

    Good job, Debi! I didn't get to a computer on Friday, but in the spirit of being honest.... I was up a pound over the prior week. Oh, well... tomorrow is a new day!
