12/7/12: 1 Round: 2 Min Row for Calories / 1 Min Rest / 4 Min AMRAP: 15 HRPU & 10 V Ups / 1 Min Rest / 4 Min AMRAP. 15 Back Squat (45/30) & 10 Pull Ups / 1 Min Rest / 2 Min Row for Calories

12/8/12: Tabata: Station #1: Pistols / Russian Twists (35/25) Station # 2. Double Unders / Rope Climbs From Back (arms only)
Station # 3 Box Jumps (24/20) / SDLHP (70/55)

12/10/12: "Cindy": 20 Min. AMRAP: 5 Pull Ups / 10 Push Ups / 15 Air Squats (12 Rounds)

12/12/12: Tabata: Station # 1: Dead Lift Body Weight / Burpees Station # 2: Box Jump Overs (20") / Windmills (25)
Station # 3: Wall Balls (14) / Wall Ball Sit Ups (14)

I am looking forward to see what the WOD is tomorrow & how long my RX streak will last. The minute they add in Hand Stand Pushups, Ring Dips, Inverted Rows, Muscle Ups, etc I am DONE but for right now I am happy with the last 5 WOD's.
