So no loss weight this week (actually yesterday it showed a loss of .6 but its not showing this morning.) But the good news is that I measure every week and my hips are 3 inches smaller. I've been exercising regularly - both aerobic and strength - but I didn't think I would see that substantial of an inch change without losing 10 lbs.0 -

Bad week. Only exercised twice. Have some kind of viral thing. Looks like I did great, but I was so sick I could hardly eat and you know what that means. Next week I'll gain it all back plus. We will see.

Weigh-in was .6 higher than last week, but I'll take it! Been working out, both cardio and strength, a ton. Leaning more on strength training as I'm lagging behind in motivation, and since I love strength training, well, there you go.

I had family here from Wed. through Monday, so I did a lot of cooking and baking for several extra people. I had weighed 239 Wed. morning and again Sat. morning but the rest of the days are 240. I feel very proud of myself in basically maintaining through the first family gathering. I have one more big Christmas supper to fix (Jan. 5) and lots of family to cook for during that weekend, too. I'll get through that gathering and be right back on losing weight regularly!! I did achieve my Dec. goal of 240 and that is GREAT considering that I was 303 June 1 of this year!!0 -

Wow.. This has been the hardest few weeks since I started losing weight. I don't know what it is but I just cant lose! I know I havent been working out or eating as well as I was before December came around and I am sure that plays a big part in it. I am so excited for christmas but also really ready to have the holidays behind me so I can get back on track and get back to working out on a daily bases. I want this so badly and I am GOING to get there I just have to buckle down and really focus on my goals. I have lost 14 so far and I only have 36 to get to my goal.0 -

Hello,again! I managed to maintain my weight this past week. I was hoping to lose a pound or two, but must admit that I only exercised two days during the week. Also, I failed to incorporate enough fresh fruits and veggies into my diet. Lord willing, I'll do much better this coming week.
