Current Weight: 138.8
Goal Weight: 125 lbs but 137 for this challenge
11/26: 143.2
12/3: 144.6 (TOMS)
12/10: 140.4lbs
12/17: 138.4
12/24: 138.8 (got down to 138 but up, I'm due my TOMS soon so most likely |I'll see it go up a few more pouns by the end of the week)
I lost 4.4 lbs and I'm very happy with that (5.2lbs if you take my lowest weigh which was this past Sat)

ETA - I evaluated my Christmas meals and I'm doing my normal Turkey dinner, but will not have any of the "extras" like the sausage wrapped in bacon or Yorkshire puddings, I'm going to aim for being just full instead of stuffed - I've also just bought my OH a Christmas pudding (I don't like them) and my two children a twin chocolate melt in the middle cake - we normally don't have dessert after the lunch we normally have it for tea as we normally so stuffed. I will not be having a dessert I also have refrained from buying myself wine, I hadn't had any in 6 weeks and I had some at the weekend and I hated the morning after so I'd rather not do it Saves over 500cals a day0 -

I never really set a goal but I just got my recumbent bike 3 days ago and already put in 32 miles on it...0 -

Goal NSV: Include more challenging exercises in my workout routine, such as running, lifting, and/or Jillian Michaels DVDs.
Pretty happy with the results! I wasn't able to weigh myself this morning because there wasn't a scale where I was staying so I put in the last recorded weight from the day prior. Christmas eating has been good so far. Indulging just a little bit and making great choices otherwise. Also getting some exercise every day!0 -
