Hi, all! I've been good about getting exercise for a while, but noticed my enthusiasm started to slip during the holidays, then just disappeared! Now, I'm doing it not because I feel like it, but because I've decided to. Finally figured out that I had to honor my own goals with action, not just wait until I "felt like it," which happens only sporadically. How do you stay motivated?0
