Week #3 New Challenge

Hello ladies! I had an extremely busy Monday at work today, so I wasn't able to get online until now. The challenge for the next 3 days is to eat at least 3 servings of veggies per day. 1 serving equals a cup so that would be 3 cups of any variation of veggies! This will bring us up to weigh-in day! Let's kick some butt ladies!

I gained last week too, .8 lbs. Im sure its muscle but Im gonna be extra careful with my food and portions, so 3 cups of veggies...ok i can do that!0

How is everyone doing with the veggies?! I am doing a lot better than I thought I would. I even cut up some bell peppers with my eggs in the morning.0

Im doing much better than last week, still can get a few more in, I cant wait to go grocery shopping to stock up0
