Total now at 271.7km/168.8mi (61.4%).

Managed a short ride today, 11.7km/7.3mi. Not far, but enough the keep the total ticking over whilst I am away.

Total now at 283.4km/176.1mi (64.0%).

    Didn't manage to get my update in for the 15th but so far this month I'm at 152km on the bike, 40km walking and 19.57km running. Have another 10k or so run planned for tonight, though it'll unfortunately have to be on the treadmill as the roads are TERRIBLE right now!

    Only 8.2 miles this week for a total of 39.8 miles for the month.

    Now on holidays with nothing but time to knock out the other 40.2 miles to my goal for the month!

    After a week away from home, it was nice to get back on the bike today. Rode 29.4km/18.3mi, so my total now is 312.8km/194.4mi (70.7%).

    That's some serious mileage there LadyBeryl. Chapeau, as they say in cycling.

    Kudos also AlethaMary and miracole on your great progress.

    Squeezed in a quick ride this morning, 17.4km/10.8mi, before calling it quits for Christmas and Boxing Day. Total now stands at 330.2km/205.2mi (74.6%).

    A rough 6.4 miles with the dogs this morning bringing the total to 46.2/80 miles.

    Going to keep it up through Christmas.

    Been a total slacker and have not even come close to my goal of 70 for Dec. Have picked a 5k to do on Feb 9th for motivation.

    I have slacked this month as well. I have 50 miles left. I won't make it this time, but January is a new month.

    After the Christmas lay off it was time to get back on the bike. Rode 51.8km/32.2mi to take my total up to 382.0km/237.4mi (86.3%).

    I have made great progress this week. Up to 67.7 miles of my 80 mile goal...should be able to make my goal!

    Out again today for a 20.7km/12.8mi ride, so total now at 402.7km/250.2mi (91.0%). Couple more rides and I should make my target this month. Thankfully there are couple more days before month end to get those rides in.

    Make the most of those days as well AlethaMary and you to should make your target. Good luck.

    Up to 73.9/80 miles...almost there! Will be able to complete a long run with the dogs tomorrow morning after we watch the Canada vs. US game at 4:30am!
