I got a new dvd for Christmas; 5 day walk plan. Love it!!! Started back today after taking a few weeks off. I'm excited about getting this weight off.

    I had to make a Walmart run and picked up two videos....5 day walk plan, I noticed alot of y'all like that one and Walk Slim, 5 really big miles. I hope to work up to being able to do the whole 5 miles in one exercise setting!!
