So how did everyone do during the holidays? Hopefully better than I did! Here it goes....

Starting Weight: 226
Current Weight: 223
This week: Gained 3 pounds :sad: (I deserved that. I was bad...)
Short term goal weight: 180
Ultimate Goal Weight: 140

    CW-170... I gained two pounds.... but I'm happy it wasn't more! It's also a certain... ahem...time of the month so I'll settle for it... but I can definitely say that I overdid it on the munching this week.

    So today, back to routine.

    I thought I could manage through the holidays but I just couldn't. Three Christmas get togethers down and one more to go! I am still going to lose 30lbs though!

    I was so pleased that I still lost a little weight even after all the festivities that went on this week!

    I'm up 2.2lbs. I weighed in at 169.6 this morning. Considering the way this past week has gone, I'm ok with it. :-) It's been a wonderful time with family and while I don't think I've gone CRAZY, I have enjoyed myself. I believe that there are times to be disciplined and there are times to relax. This week has been one of relaxation and enjoyment of my family.

    I'm stuck. Same weight. But I think I only worked out 4 of 7 days for our week. I didn't go over my calories but I'm sure I ate some back I shouldn't have.

    I'm okay that I didn't lose because I didn't gain.

    This is my first weigh in since the holiday season began. I was expecting to have gained but am proud to say I haven't! That's something, right!?! So now I'm back on track, starting at 157. (I may have even lost .5 pound)

    With the traveling over the holidays I have been a little absent, but I weighed in yesterday. I am up 2.2lbs but I am not surprised with all the overindulging I have done! Not going to dwell on it though and just going to get right back to my usual routine!

    I was up about 2 lbs too!! Boo!! I am hitting the exercise hard though and ready to get moving downward instead of up!
