I do tons of cardio now.. I need to amp up the weight lifting! LOL0

I have to amp up my workouts this week. I totally forgot about week 1 and the 10 miles so I am going to work my but off this week! I am still stuck and have lost no weight after 4 lbs but lets see if I can change that.0

I've been adding on about thirty minutes to my usual hour. It was really easy yesterday because I went on a date and we were walking around the mall pretty quickly for about 90 minutes. The date went really well too!0

I've done 50 miles so far this week, I'm on tap to do 14 tomorrow. I will have exceeded my 60 mile weekly goal by 4 miles, which is like 18 minutes. I guess I should squeeze in 3 additional miles for a total of 30 minutes more this week on my cardio.0
