1. Switch kicks from 55 to 57
2. Power jacks 60 to 61
3. Power knees 96 to 104
4. Power jumps 44 to 55
5. Globe jumps 10 to 11
6. Suicide jumps 6 to 9 ( yes, I hate these)
7. Push up jacks 13 to 17
8. Low plank oblique 16 to 25
Feeling good about these results can't wait to see what I get at day 63.
