What are somethings you can't workout without?

So as I've been going through this weight loss journey and I found that there are certain things that I cannot workout without.

1. My sports line heart rate
2. My 64 oz water bottle
3. My Kindle

    My HRM, water, and the thermostat must be set to 75.

    MY IS WIERD SO DON'T JUDGE ME....I can not work out without washing my face. I guess sodium that pours out of skin throughout the day is horrible. So if I forget to wash my face before my workout, my eyes are burning so bad from the sweat, I have to stop my routine and wash my face.

    Must have a sportsbra...not a regular bra, a sports bra! lol and also my phone...I just feel weird without it.

    Being a DD, definitely a really good sports bra and my HRM, which I didn't realize how much I relied on, until it stopped working. Trying to wait patiently for Polar to send me a new sensor.

    Just had to buy a new sports bra (old one was too big) I am now a D. yeah for me!

    *Comfy regular bra and 2 sports bras (G cup- if you know of a good sports bra that will do alot of work, please let me know.)

    *Gallon of water

    *Music (if walking)

    *Spotless living room and AC blasting (if working out at home)

    *CLA/Tonalin supplement

    I need my water bottle and good music in my ears when I workout.

    My HRM just got it 2 weeks ago and LOVE it!
    My tablet and headphones..Ill turn around and go home before I work out w/o my music
    Water bottle :-)

    At this point in my journey, I can't workout without the following

    1. My Polar ft4 HRM
    2. My suana suit (Jacket only)
    3. Water!
    4. Waist trimmer

    I don't sweat like I want so I wear the jacket to get the sweat rolling, I hope to start sweating on my own soon. I may go to the doctor to see why I don't sweat unless I'm wearing the jacket.
